Riverlogic is a small firm specializing in providing the services solicited in this RFP to selective projects. This makes us agile, adaptive, and allows the flexibility required at this early stage to quickly execute subcontracts, reply to requests for information, pivot and adjust to the various needs and changes that will come as we work through the planning process with the County, Tech Team, and other Project Partners. Our team has the resources to address a wide variety of uncertainty, risks, and adapt to constraints that arise. In addition to key team personnel, we have additional team members and resources we can utilize if needed. April is supported by a team of technical project coordinators, strategic planners, grant writers, regulatory and compliance specialists, engineers, scientists, and construction managers. Due to the abundance of experience and skill, the project team has the resources to address a wide variety of uncertainty, risks, and adapt to constraints that arise. In addition to the proposed team, we have additional team members and resources we can utilize as needed.
