Enloe Dam Removal: Roadmap Development and Feasibility Study Support
Helping reconnect 340 miles of critical habitat by assessing costs, funding, and strategic pathways.

Overview: The Enloe Dam, 54 feet tall, is located on the Similkameen River in eastern Washington State. It has been non-functional since 1958 and blocks access to 340 miles of critical habitat for endangered species, disrupting the river's natural flow and ecosystem.
Riverlogic is leading pre-planning for Trout Unlimited, focusing on funding and initiating the Enloe Dam Removal Feasibility Study. Their services include scoping, cost estimation, and creating a project planning roadmap for the Washington State Legislature, ensuring all considerations are addressed.
Currently, Riverlogic acts as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in dam removal and river restoration, supporting Trout Unlimited and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation in the Feasibility Study. This collaboration aims to assess dam removal feasibility and explore restoring the Similkameen River, enhancing habitat for endangered species and promoting regional biodiversity.
